Lending a Helping Hand to Students

We are pleased to continue to offer need-based scholarships to students traveling in 2011.

CETA Tours will award a total of five (5) need-based scholarships in the amount of $500 each to students participating on a CETA Tour. Application packets are available only upon request from CETA Tours. Winners will be notified in writing within 45 days of the deadline and can expect the $500 credit to appear on their final invoice.

Promotion

Information about the scholarship opportunity is included in the PowerPoint presentation for the sign up meeting and also on the invoices. We recommend teachers remind students about the scholarship at other tour preparation meetings as well.

For groups departing February–April, completed application packets must be postmarked by October 15, 2010.

For groups departing May-July, completed application packets must be postmarked by January, 15, 2011.
