Group Travel Insurance purchased through Travel Guard has always provided a good value for groups. As of February 1, 2010, Travel Guard now includes the following added benefits on all group travel insurance policies:

• Primary medical coverage
• Expanded covered reasons for trip cancellation, including involuntary job loss & work reasons
• Increased coverage limits for baggage and personal effects

Group travel insurance fulfills CETA's requirement that all participants be covered by medical insurance for the duration of the tour. If you wish to include group travel insurance, CETA can incorporate the cost into the tour price. If you elect not to include group coverage, students may still opt to purchase an individual plan.
