CETA Tours Staff

Kristen Hoag Billingsley

President of CETA Tours. She has a degree in Spanish, German and Education from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Prior to working in the travel industry, she taught German and Spanish at Menomonie Middle School and led tours for several summers while teaching. She has studied and lived in Europe and traveled extensively with students. She has led or escorted tours to many Western European countries, Costa Rica, Tanzania, Australia, New Zealand and Egypt.


Jean Denesen

is our tour coordinator specializing in Western Europe. She has worked in the travel industry since her graduation in 1999 with a degree in German from Central College (IA). In high school and college, she lived, studied and traveled throughout Western Europe. Jean infuses her enthusiasm for travel into the groups she coordinates and leads.


Carrie Neidermyer

is our billing and airfare coordinator. Her credentials as Certified Medical Office Manager and licensed travel insurance agent make her extremely qualified to advise travelers about travel insurance. Carrie can also answer billing questions. She's the "live person" who answers the phone and enjoys answering questions about traveling with CETA.


Melissa Paulson

is our tour coordinator specializing in Spain, Costa Rica and France. During her time at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, she focused on Spanish and Latin American studies and spent several months abroad in Mexico. Since graduation, she has returned to Mexico several times and worked as a medical interpreter before coming to CETA. She recently traveled with a group of students to Spain and is currently working on adding a bit of French to her language repertoire.
