Pre-Departure Information Getting Started Tour Preparation Pre-Departure Information Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policies Insurance A few months to a few weeks before your group departs, you will receive the following materials for your group Accommodations List Flight Schedule Passport Pouches Luggage Tags Tour Diary Accommodations List This list has the names, addresses, phone and fax numbers of all of the places your group is staying. Flight Schedule Along with your flight times and numbers, your flight schedule also has information about where to check in and phone numbers for your airline. Passport Pouches Each participant in your group will get a neck pouch for their passport, money and ATM cards. Luggage Tags Each participant in your group will receive two luggage tags (with their names and addresses pre-printed). Tour Diary This booklet contains the following information specific to your group: Participant list Accommodations list Day-by-day itinerary with space for notes on each day Synopsis of exchanging money and using ATM and credit cards Basic travel vocabulary Space for recording purchases for customs Metric weights and measures and clothing size conversions Jungfrau Region, Switzerland
