About CETA CETA is a company founded by two former foreign language teachers to provide quality, value-packed tours for foreign language teachers and their students. Kristen Billingsley is also a former foreign language teacher who has traveled extensively with students and understands the demands teachers face. She is also well-prepared to help with planning all aspects of your tour. Jeff Hoag was a foreign language teacher for 30 years and has been planning, organizing and leading tours to most areas in Europe for over 30 years. Although he is now retired from CETA, his concept of offering quality tours at resonable prices with outstanding service lives on at CETA. Communication with teachers is of the utmost importance to us. For that reason, we are always ready to answer any questions you may have about the planning or operation of your trip.
